Comment envoyer une copie du formulaire complété au répondant et à moi-même ?

j'aimerais qu'une fois le formulaire remplie celui-ci s'envoi en copie conforme sur le courriel de la personne qui l'a rempli comme sur la mienne

Now, coming back to your question, you can send a copy of the completed submission to the form responder using the autoresponder email and send a copy to yourself using the notification email. Let me show you how to set up a notification email:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Now, click on Add Email. 

4. In the list that comes up, select Notification Email.

5. In the center of the next window, click on the Recipients tab.

6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field, and click on Save. That's it, you're done.

You can do the same to set up your autoresponder email, but just select Autoresponder in step 4 instead of the notification email.
