Just like a document that you physically sign in person, e-signatures are legal. In the U.S., the E-Sign Act passed in 2000, officially defines an electronic signature and gives e-signatures the same legal authority as a traditional wet signature. Regarding Terms and Conditions, you can add a Short Scrollable Terms widget and enable the option to Must Read all the text. ​​Let me help you do it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Add Elements.
2. Under the Widget tab, look for Short Scrollable Terms and click on it.
3. Now Add your terms text.
4. After adding the text, check Must Read All the Text and click on Update Widget.
