Now, coming back to your question, Can you verify if you are referring to this form: 242772622887367? If yes, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try to Disable and Enable your form? Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In Form Settings window, click on Enabled in the Form Status option.
- In the window that opens, click on Downward Arrow icon and select Disabled.
- You can change the Warning Message if needed. Once you're done, click on Save button in the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.
You can also disable your form based on a specific date, a certain submission limit, or both:
