Pouvez-vous restaurer mon formulaire supprimé

Le formulaire "Estimation de votre indemnisation LDA Accidents" a été supprimé par erreur, avez vous la possibilité de le restaurer svp ?

Now, coming back to your question, did you delete it in your Trash folder? Unfortunately, if you have deleted in your Trash folder, there is no way to restore it. But if not, you can still recover it. Let me show you how to do this:

1. On your My Forms page, put the cursor of your mouse on the left side window, then scroll down your mouse to the bottom of the page and select Trash.
2. On the right side of the page, you'll be able to see your deleted forms. Select the form that you want to restore, and click on Restore on the upper left side of the page.

Remember that deleted forms stay on our system for 30 days, before they get permanently deleted. To learn more, you can check out our guide on How to Restore Deleted Forms.
