Je vous contacte à nouveau au sujet du formulaire pour réserver le service de buanderie dans un refuge pour personnes sans domicile fixe. Cette fois, la question est : comment réinitialiser automatiquement les disponibilités à leurs valeurs initiales à chaque semaine ?

Now, coming back to your question, to rest the values in your Weekly Appointment Planner widget, you need to delete the submissions. Let me show you how to delete a submission.

1. In your Tables, select the submissions that you want to delete.

2. On the upper right side, click on the Delete button.

3. Select Move to Trash from the pop-up message.

I have deleted the only submission I did for testing, but the availability values are not reset to the initial value. I guess that might have to be manually then.

Or there is another way to do so?

...It doesn't event work as I was expecting when I try to reset the value manually!

The initial value was 30 places available. Since I summited a form it changed to 29 which is normal.

If I want to have an availability of 30 places again, I have to enter a maximum limit of 31 now!

Indeed, sinc ethe submissions in the Trash can be restored for 30 days, you need to delete them forever. Let me show you how to do it: 

1. In the form Tables, click on the Three vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
2. Select Entrées dans la corbeille.
3. Then, in the modal window opening on the right, select the entry to be deleted forever, and click on Supprimer définitivement. Once you've confirmed on the next modal window coming, it's done, the selected slot become available.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes. 

I did not see any submission on the trash.

I erased all the forms in the trash, nothing changed!
