Je souhaite que mon salarié lorsqu'il remplie le formulaire soit possible uniquement dans les locaux de l'entreprise.

Que le remplissage puisse ce faire une seule fois depuis son téléphone.

Now, coming back to your question, if I understood it correctly, you wanted to only allow company employees to fill out the form. If so, we suggest you set your form to Company Access. It's easy to change your Form Status from Public to Company Access. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Quick Share.
2. Click on Settings next to Share With Link, and then select Company Access. When the window open, enter the required email domain. 

That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form will be required to use a company email log in before filling out the form.

I have checked the possibilities of this using Jotform's Conditions feature. And yes, this is possible. Let me show you how to do it.

First, you need to add the Geolocation Widget on your form. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widget tab, search for Geolocation, and drag and drop a Geolocation Widget
3. On the Widget properties, add your Google Maps API Key. 

Next, you need to add two Text Element Field. One for the default location and one for the detected location:

Now, for the conditions, we need to add two as well. First is the condition to copy the value of your Geolocation to a short text field. Here is how you can do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. Under the New Condition section, click on Update Calculate Field.

4. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:

Second is to make sure that the location is same as detected on your company location (In my sample form, I used Longitude and Latitude for accuracy) and if it doesn't form cannot be submitted:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. Under the New Condition section, click on Show/Hide Field.

4. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:

Make sure to add the company coordinates or Address on the second text field and make sure it's on default value and hidden:

1. While in Form Builder, click on the Short Text Element, hover it and click on the gear icon to show the properties.
2. Click on the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down the list and add the coordinates to the Default Value.

That's it, if the Geolocation Widget is filled and matches the Company's Location, the Submit button should appear. Otherwise, if it doesn't, then Submit button remains hidden
