Application Jotform : l'option permettant de choisir la couleur d'arrière-plan de l'écran de démarrage a disparu.

Bonjour,

Je constate que l’option pour modifier la couleur de la police (font color) sur le splash screen de mon application d'un de mes formulaires a disparu. Cette fonctionnalité était disponible auparavant, mais elle a soudainement disparu. Pouvez-vous me dire si c'est un problème normal et si vous avez des solutions.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, when I checked my Jotform app, the option to select the background color for the Splash screen is available. Take a look at the screenshot below:

Can you try modifying your Jotform app on a different browser and clear your browser's cache to see if the issue persists?  If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

Je viens de remarquer un bug en utilisant l’option permettant de changer la couleur de la police sur le splash screen. Le problème est que lorsque je modifie la couleur de la police en blanc, l’option pour changer la couleur de la police disparaît, et il m’est impossible de la faire réapparaître.

En examinant votre capture d’écran, il me semble que vous rencontrez le même problème, car votre police est également blanche, et vous ne pouvez pas changer sa couleur.

I tested my Jotform app again to see if I could reproduce the same issue you're experiencing, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you share a screen recording of how you replicated the issue so we can have a better idea of what's happening? You can use Loom or upload a video on your Google Drive and share a viewable link. Or you can also with us the App URL so we can further investigate what's happening.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Comme vous pouvez le voir ici, je peux modifier la police du splash srceen mais lorsque je change la couleur de la police (font color) en blanc cette option disparait, redites-moi si vous avez bien compris le soucis.

Hi Mael,

It seems that the default color of the text in the Flash Screen is black, though in the preview it shows white. There's also no option to edit it.
