Bonjour
J'ai des soucis pour faire fonctionner une page google Sheet que j'ai intégré avec mon formulaire
dans l'onglet MY TOP 4
La mise à jour est très chaotique. Par exemple, il est 17h34, et l'entrée de 17H07 n'est pas intégree
comment se passent les mises à jour ? j'ai beau rafraichir la page google sheet ça ne fonctionne pas

Now, coming back to your question, I have manually pushed the missing submission to the spreadsheet. Can you check if they're now showing in the Google Sheets? Also, note that making changes to the Google Sheets directly will break the connection with Jotform which could cause the missing submissions. You can redo the Google Sheet integration to fix the issue. First, we’ll remove the existing Action. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Integrations and select the Google Sheets integration.
- Then, hover over the Action section and click on the Three Dots icon.
- In the dropdown menu, select Delete Action, and in the window that opens click on Yes, Discard.
Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:
- While in Google Sheet Integration settings, click on the Add New Action button.
- Now, select an action and click on Next.
- Then, click on Add Action and customize the settings as you want.
- Once you finish customizing, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the settings.
If you select Create new spreadsheet, a new spreadsheet will be created in your Google account, where submissions will be collected. If you select Use existing spreadsheet, submissions will be collected in the spreadsheet you choose, which is already connected to your Google account. ok thanks. I tried what you explained me. It seems it works. So i understand that i can't do anything on the worksheet integrated, even applying a filter ;)
