Bonjour,
J'aimerai savoir comment je peux récupérer de l'espace utilisée svp.
Actuellement, j'ai 100 GB d'espace disponible et 64,85 GB utilisé. Pour ma compagne 2025, j'aimerai récupérer cette espace utilisé autrefois pour pouvoir supporter la campagne que je vais mettre en place.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you verify if you want to free up your upload space? If yes, you need to delete your submission to freed up your upload space. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Hi Camila,
First sorry for my english and I hope you will understand my problem.
I follow your procedure and find any sybmissions on my form differents Forms. I check on each subimissions forms in Trash and Archive and find any submissions inside too.

Does not consider my request, I think I find a solution.
I find a form in trash bin homepage and this form contain 481 submissions.
You can close my request and thanks a lot your support.

Hi cphotos,
I recalculated your upload usage and they remained at 64.58 GB. I suggest double checking if you have archived or trashed forms, and if so, delete them or their submissions permanently so they can be released from your account usage. You can find these sections on the lower left corner of the My Forms page.
If you need help checking this further, we’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
