Bonjour,
D'avance merci

Hi Nicolas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
To assist you further with the "Sauter/Cacher une page" condition, could you please provide the URL of the form you are working on? Here’s how you can get it:
- In Form Builder, click Publish from the top navigation.
- Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to copy your form URL.
This will allow us to investigate the issue more effectively. You can also check out this guide on Where to Find Your Form URL.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Nicolas,
When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found that there are two reasons why it's not working. One is a mismatch in the text in your condition. The option in your dynamic dropdown field is written as COMPÉTENCES AGENTS but in your condition, it is set as COMPETENCES AGENTS, without the accented É. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Hover your mouse over the condition and click on the Pencil icon.
- Edit the VALUE in the condition and click on Save.
- In Form Builder, select the Form tabs widget and click on the Wand icon to open Widget Settings.
- Set the Allow navigation without validation option to No and click on Update. That's it.

Hi Nicolas,
I checked your form, and I noticed that you've modified its structure. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form Builder, select the Next button and click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
- Go to the Advanced tab and set the Next Button Visibility to Visible.
To correct them, you can set the conditions as you see below:
Reach out again if you need any other help.

D'avance merci

Hi Nicolas,
You can do this by using a dropdown element and enabling the Auto Next feature. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the dropdown field to your form.
3. Then, click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
4. Under the Options tab, enter the options.
5. Go to the Advanced tab and set the Visible options to 3 Rows.
1. In Form Builder, select the Next button on page 1 and click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
2. Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Auto Next option to the On position and set the visibility to Hidden.
1. Click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Scroll down to the Submit button and drag and drop it to every page.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
