Form Calculation: Set Value for Each Answer

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Now, coming back to your question, you can add the Form Calculation widget to your form and set Calculation Value for each answer. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left.

2. Then, go to Widgets at the top and add Form Calculation to your form.

3. Click on Add Field in the menu that opens up on the right and select the questions you want to include in the calculation.

4. After each question, click on the Plus sign to sum the values up.

5. Once you're done, click on Save.

Now, let's add values for each question for Form Calculation:

1. In Form Builder, select the question you want to include in the calculation.

2. Then, click on the Gear icon to open its properties.

3. In Properties, go to Options at the top and toggle on the Calculation switch.

4. Enter the value you want for each answer, and that's it.
