Bonjour, Voici mon site web avec un formulaire fait avec elementor : https://entretienpelousedagenais.com/ J'aimerais le refaire sur jotform mais faire quelque chose de plus ergonomique, plus pratique pour pousser a la conversion. j'aimerais reproduire ce que jai fais ou le faire encore mieux, auriez vous des idees.? pourriez vous maider a le realiser je ne sais plus comment faire.

D’accord oui ce que j’aimerais c’est trouver une facon de rendre mon fomulaire plus esthetique et moins long pour le choix des services. Le client doit pouvoir en selectionner plusieurs. Donc qu’est ce qui serait le mieux niveau apparence s’il vous plait ? cases a cocher ?

j’ai des campagnes google ads qui vont sur cette page, et jaimerais que ce soit moins long et moins decourgeant pour la personne de le remplir. Jai demandé a mon client, on ne peut rien supprimer comme champ il a besoin de tout mais est ce que pour le choix des services on peut faire mieux svp ?

You can add a multiple choice field in your form and display it in two columns easily. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Under the Basic tab, choose the Multiple Choice field, and then drag and drop it in your form.

3. Click the field and then click the Gear icon on the right side of it.

4. Under the Options tab, enter the choices in the Options section.

5. Enable the Spread of Columns.
