    Bonjour,


    Je n'arrive pas a récupérer le compte, malgré que je fasse mots de passe oublié. Comment faire j'ai besoin de récupérer les résultats de mon questionnaires . merci

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've successfully flushed the login attempts for your account. I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies as well to help fix cache related issues.

    After that, try resetting your password, again. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
