Je n'ai plus accès a mon formulaire car j'vais dépassé l'espace de stockage , du coup j'ai supprimée des soumissions et ca ne marche toujours pas.

Now, coming back to your question, I have manually refreshed your account limit for this account, so it should be showing the latest count and form over quota error should no longer appear. If you are referring to another account, share with us the username/email address, so we can look more into it for you.
