Now, coming back to your question, I checked the Chatbot integrated on your website, and it knows how to stop a conversation. See the screenshot below:
However, the bot will automatically set to reply when the user continuous to prompt questions on it. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
