Hello Teycira,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your issue. I checked the link to your form and they seem to be working fine. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I just cleared your form cache, can you check if that made any difference? If the problem persists, can you clear your browser's cache or try logging out and back in, or use a different browser? If nothing has changed, please provide us with the console report from the same browser where the error appears.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

The result is still the same, but it's not due to the API (I deleted it by mistake and put another one) but I can't see where to assign my forms to the new api.

Hello Teycira,
Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I couldn't replicate the issue when I checked the form from the back end.
Did you clear your browser's cache or try another browser as I initially suggested? If, after completing these basic steps to rectify the issue and still nothing has changed, please send us a screenshot of the console report from the same screen where the issue appears and we will investigate further.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

I still can't access the forms, even after clearing the cache. When I set the view mode, I get a server error.

Hi Teycira,
Thank you for getting back to us. I tried accessing the form from the screenshot you sent us using two different browsers and I was able to open them. See screenshots below:
Aside from the steps given by my colleagues, kindly follow these basic troubleshooting steps below:- Log out and log back into your account.
- Use Incognito/Private mode.
- Restart your device.
- Use a different internet connection.
- Please clear your web browser's cache.
- Use a different web browser.
- Please try also to open the forms on another device.
If the steps do not work, please give us a screenshot of the console report. That will help us to better understand what’s going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help. -

Hi Teycira,
Thanks for getting back to us. If your forms are stored in the EU Data Center them all form links should be migrated to eu.jotform.com. You can share the form with your form respondents on your preferred channel then you can ask your form respondents to manually update the form URL from form.jotform.com to eu.jotform.com.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
