How to View Form Submissions

Viewing form submissions involves managing and organizing your form data efficiently. Jotform Tables, the central workspace for your submission data, is accessible from different areas within your account, making it easy to stay on top of your form submissions.

Follow these steps to view your form submissions:

  1. In My Forms, click on your form or check the box next to it to select it.
  2. Click on the Submissions button at the top to open Jotform Tables with your form submissions.

Alternatively, you can access the Submissions option from the Data column in the form’s More dropdown menu within My Forms.

You can also access Jotform Tables to view your form submissions from any page within your account where your form is open (Form Builder, Inbox, Workflow Builder, PDF Editor, Report Builder, etc.). Simply click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform logo in the top-left corner of the page and select Tables.

The My Tables section lists all the tables in your account. From there, click on View Table on a table connected to your form to open its submissions in Jotform Tables.

In Jotform Tables, you can track tasks, analyze information, and respond to or forward submissions. You can also search, filter, and add formulas to your data, and send it to other platforms. Additionally, Jotform Tables lets you make edits, request, and share changes to submissions, and collaborate with your team—all in one seamless environment. You can customize how your data is presented by adding or changing views. To make use of your data further, you can export submissions to Excel, CSV, or PDF formats, download files from form uploads, and print entries.
