After canceling your subscription, your account will remain in the Bronze, Silver, or Gold plan for the period you paid for until the next billing date. Afterward, your account will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) plan and no longer be billed.
To cancel your subscription
- Go to Billing and select Change Plan.
- Select the Starter (Free) plan, then follow the instructions on your screen.

Hello,
I was automatically billed and it the price doubled this year. I didn't realize it would continue. I had to leave my business for my daughters medical issues and do not use it. Haven't in 7 months. I thought it would end and be done. I saw the amount taken out and about died. Is there anyway I can get a refund please as I have no need for Jotfrom. I appreciate your help in advance as it just came through on my statement. I see there is a 30 day money back. Please confirm we can do that. I tried to downgrade hoping it would cancel it and refund me but looks like it wont and I will be out over $400. Thank you.

I was getting a “BLOCKED BY JOTFORM” error message on My Dr’s website where I fill out follow up forms for my appointment.
