The Jotform Theme Store puts beautifully designed form themes at your fingertips. You can apply one of these themes to change the look and feel of your form.
How to Apply a Theme
- In the Form Builder, click the Form Designer icon.
- Go to the Themes tab.
- Hover to the theme, and click the Use Theme button. You will immediately see the theme applied to your form.
How to Remove a Theme in the Form
- Go back and edit the form in the Form Builder.
- Click the Form Designer icon.
- Go to the Themes tab.
- Hover your mouse to the current theme, and click the Remove Theme button. The Form Builder will automatically revert your form theme back to the default.

Hi the "Remove Theme" button is nowhere to be seen when I hover the mouse pointer over available themes.

I used theme: Sleek for my form but the Autocompleted address and email verified widgets didn't change - how do I make those 2 widgets look the same as the rest of my form?

A good email database is priceless!!! And I agree with you Aytekin - even if it grows slowly, it’s always worth the effort! But it's also very important not to waste it with bad emails and constant selling, so always keep in mind that your emails should provide real value.
