How to Create Your First Form with Jotform Mobile Forms

Creating your first form with Jotform Mobile Forms is very similar to creating a form on the desktop version. With our new app, you can now create forms on the go.

Creating your Form with Jotform Mobile Forms

Setting up your First Form in Mobile is relatively simple. Let’s do it!

1. In your Jotform Mobile Forms App, click the Create Form button.

2. Select Start From Scratch to create a new blank form.

3. Select your Form Layout:
   • Classic Form — This is Jotform’s traditional layout, where you can place multiple questions on one page of a form.
   • Card Form — Card layout is ideal for quick and short forms where you can only show a single question on each page.

4. Click Add your first question here in the blank canvass of the Form Builder, or click the Add (+) button in the lower-left corner.

5. Add the fields you’d like to include in your form, where you can see the following tab:
   • Basic Tab — You can see and add all the basic fields to your form, such as text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, and radio buttons.
   • Payment Tab — Here, you can integrate payment systems like PayPal, Stripe, and Square to securely process payments.
   • Widgets Tab — This section offers a variety of widgets that can enhance your form’s capabilities, such as calendars, file uploaders, and custom integrations.

That’s it! You’ve built your form. Go to Settings to change options related to the form, add an integration, create conditions, configure email alerts, or add a thank-you page.

If you’re ready to publish the form, go to the Publish tab to see sharing and embedding options, or to send the form by email.
