Jotform offers a wide range of form templates to enhance your Canva designs, making it easy to find the perfect match for your project. Whether you’re adding an event registration form, a customer feedback form, or a contact form to your design, you can filter templates by layout, language, or category to meet your needs. The search bar also helps you locate specific templates with ease, helping you pick form templates that would fit seamlessly into your Canva designs.
Once you open the Jotform App in Canva, form templates in the Classic layout load by default under the Templates tab, ready for use. While this selection offers plenty of variety, it might feel overwhelming when you’re looking for particular templates to match your design needs. Fortunately, the app provides filtering tools to streamline the process, helping you quickly locate the perfect template.
Searching for Templates
Using the search bar at the top of the Templates tab in the Jotform Canva App, you can easily locate specific form templates by entering names or keywords and pressing Enter to display matching results.
Filtering by Form Layout
Filtering by form layout allows you to change the layout of form templates loaded in the Templates tab of the Jotform Canva App. Here are two form layouts available:
- Classic Form: A traditional format with all questions displayed on a single page.
- Card Form: A modern format that displays one question per page, ideal for creating a conversational experience. See When to Use Card Forms to learn more.
To switch layouts, click on the Filter Settings button to the right of the search bar to open the Advanced Filter menu. From there, you can select Card to load templates in that layout. You can switch it back to the Classic at any time.
Browsing by Category
Browsing by category allows you to filter templates based on the type of form you need. In the Advanced Filter menu, you can select from categories like Event Registration, Feedback Forms, Contact Forms, Surveys, and more to find the form template that best suits your project.
Selecting a Language
Selecting a language allows you to filter templates based on the language you prefer. In the Advanced Filter menu, you can choose from about 100 languages, making it easier to find forms that align with your preferred language for your Canva design.
Pro Tip
Both the Category and Language dropdowns in the Advanced Filter menu have a search bar at the top of the dropdown menu. You can use that to search for specific categories or languages quickly.
You can combine all available filter options. The number on the Filter Settings button indicates how many filters are set, helping you confirm that filters have been applied to your search.
You can then use the search bar to find and use a form template narrowed down by the filters you’ve set.
Notes
- There is a Clear All button at the bottom of the Advanced Filter menu that allows you to clear all set filters.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Templates tab to load more form templates based on your search filters.
