The AI Agent Builder offers multiple ways to share your AI Agent, making it easy for users to connect and interact. You can copy and share the direct link externally, send invitation emails, or generate a QR code for quick access. You can also post the link on social media platforms like Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. To keep users engaged on your website, embed your agent directly on a page or set it up as a popover chatbot that stays accessible across all pages. For even more convenience, turn your agent into an app users can install on their devices.
Follow these steps to quickly share the direct link to your agent:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on the Publish tab.
- Then, click on the Copy Link button under the Direct Link of Your Agent section to share it externally.
Understanding Different AI Agent Access Settings
You control who can use your agent in the AI Agent’s Access Settings. By default, it’s set to Public Agent, but you can switch it to Private Agent or Company Access anytime. To change the access setting, click on the Settings button to the right of the Share Link under the Direct Link of Your Agent section in the Publish tab.
When set as a Public Agent, anyone can access your agent, whether it’s embedded on your website, set up as a chatbot popover, or shared through its direct link or social media platforms. Switching to Private Agent restricts its access to invited users only. To access your agent, they must be logged into the Jotform account linked to the invited email address on the same browser.

Note
Uninvited users will see an Access Needed message when accessing your agent. This message provides options to request access or switch to the correct invited user account. An access request email will be sent to the email address associated with your account, and granting access will automatically add the requester as an invited user.
For Company Access, Jotform users must be logged into an account with an email address that matches the organization’s email domain specified in your agent’s Share Link settings.

Sending Invitation to Connect to AI Agent
You can invite users to chat with your agent by sending them an email invitation. This ensures they can access your agent directly and interact with it as needed. Click on the Recipient field under Invite By Email to start sending invitations.
In the Invite By Email section, enter the recipient’s email address and customize the invitation content. Use the Add Actions and Add Field buttons to include action links and agent details in the email. When ready, click on Send Invitation to send the invite.
Note
- The Upload CSV button lets you upload a CSV file with multiple email addresses to send invitations. You can invite up to 100 users in total. When sending invitations to multiple email addresses at once, users won’t see who else was invited.
- Invited users must log in to their Jotform account when they access your agent from the invitation email, regardless of whether your agent has been set to Public Agent later.
Sharing AI Agent on Social Media or Using a QR Code
You can share your agent across social media platforms directly within the AI Agent Builder. This is a convenient way to publish your agent and reach more users. In the Share Agent section of the Direct Link of Your Agent in the AI Agent Builder’s Publish tab, click on the social media icon you want to share the direct link with, then log in to your account in the pop-up window to post it.
Click on the QR code icon in the Share With QR Code section to generate your agent’s QR code. You can download it as an image file for printing or sharing online, making it easy for users to scan and get assistance. Copy the embed code of the QR code to add it to your website.

Adding an Interactive AI Agent Chatbot
You can add your agent as a chatbot popover on your website, making it easy for visitors to chat with it anytime without leaving the page. It stays accessible on the side and provides instant responses to assist users. To display the chatbot, copy the embed code from the Chatbot section in the AI Agent Builder’s Publish tab and paste it into your website’s source code.

Embedding AI Agent
You can embed your agent on your website to provide real-time assistance without redirecting users elsewhere. Whether as a chatbot, a popup, or directly on a page, embedding keeps it accessible and easy to use. To embed your agent, go to the Embed section in the AI Agent Builder’s Publish tab, select your preferred method, copy the embed code, and paste it into your website’s source code.

Turning AI Agent Into an App
The AI Agent Builder lets you turn your AI agent into an app for a more accessible and user-friendly experience. In the Agent App section of the Publish tab, you can share it through a direct link, email, social media, or QR code, making it easy for users to access your agent anytime.
