Training your AI Agent with questions and answers is a key method to help it understand and respond accurately. By providing a range of questions and their correct answers, you guide your agent to improve its knowledge base and enhance its ability to assist users. This approach ensures your AI Agent is well-equipped to handle real-life scenarios, providing helpful responses when needed.
To train your AI Agent with questions and answers, follow these steps:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on the Train tab.
- Then, click on Knowledge Base in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Knowledge Base section on the right, click on the Questions & Answer option. If your AI Agent already has saved knowledge, click on the Add New Knowledge button at the top first.
- In the Questions & Answers section, enter a question that users might ask along with its answer, then click on Save.
After saving your question and answer, you’ll be redirected to the Knowledge Base section, where the new entry will be listed with the other saved knowledge. A pop-up notification will also briefly appear on the right side of the page, confirming new information was successfully added. To add another entry, click on the Add New Knowledge button.
Toggle the Preview switch in the top-right corner of the page to On to test new Questions & Answer entries.
