If you’re a part of the Jotform Your PayPal email address must be current and live in order to receive your commission. If it has changed, or you entered it incorrectly, you can easily update it in the Partner Dashboard.
- In the Partner Dashboard, click Payment History on the left.
- When you get to Payment History, click PayPal Settings.
- Enter your PayPal email address in the pop-up. Click Save when you’re done.
