Google Sheets integration: Sync Approval Status

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, we don't have a feature that will automatically sync the Approval Status to the integrated Google Sheets. The Google Sheets integration only allows you to sync the fields added to your form. As a workaround, you can add a hidden Approval Status field and then select it when setting up the integration.

This workaround will require the approver to edit the submission to select the Approval Status. You will also have to add a Get Form Page URL widget and a Show/Hide Field condition so that the approver can see this field when they edit the submission. Let me show you how to set up the condition:

• Click on the Settings tab at the top part of Form Builder.
• Select Conditions on the left panel of the screen.
• Select Show/Hide Field and then set your rule just like what is shown below:
