Sono entrato con delle credenziale datate ma mi dice che devo fare l'upgrade. Come posso risolvere questo problema?

Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you having issues when logging into your Jotform account? If so, you don't need to upgrade your account to log in to your account. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
