Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that the card used was declined due to insufficient balance, but you can try to use another card to renew your subscription. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
3. Next, go to the Billing tab.
4. Click on Change Credit Card.
5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
