I understand you are looking to add a button to the form to scroll to the top of the form. This can be done using the Scroll to Top widget. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for the Scroll to Top widget and add it to your form.

• In the Widget Settings window that opens up, select the Theme options. 
• Then, click on Update Widget.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a button to scroll to the bottom as it will require custom coding and Jotform does not allow adding custom code to the form.

I WROTE IN THE SEARCH BAR Scroll to Top widget BUT THE WIDGET DOESN'T COME UP

Il widget menzionato dal collega in italiano si chiama Torna Su, dunque se sta usando il Costruttore di Moduli in italiano. Provi a cercare "Torna su" tra i widget e dovrebbe vederlo. Le mostro nuovamente come fare:

1. Nel Costruttore di Moduli, fare clic sul pulsante + Aggiungi elemento nella parte superiore sinistra dello schermo.
2. Nella colonna Elementi del Modulo, sulla sinistra della pagina, fare clic sulla scheda Widget.
3. Infine, cercare il widget Torna su, aggiungerlo al modulo, selezionare il Tema (per es. Verde) e fare clic su Aggiorna widget.

Risultato:

Provi e ci faccia sapere se ha bisogno di ulteriori chiarimenti.
