Now, coming back to your question, please note that you can achieve this request by using Marco's workaround on this thread, or you may use Zapier to link your form submissions into Outlook Calendar. Check out this link, which shows the Zap for the related integration.

Grazie Maria, per la tua risposta, provo la soluzione zapier.
Quindi attivando l'integrazione è possibile dopo la conferma del titolare poter inserire l'evento nel calendario condiviso? senza dover confermare le date come da indicazione del suo collega?

Hi Valerio,
Using Zapier, you can connect your form to Outlook Calendar and automatically add the event to the calendar. After submission, the event will be sent to Zapier who manages the trigger and the further actions based on the settings you configured.
In Zapier, you should be able to set when to send the event to the calendar, you should be able to send it only when the submission has been approved.

Ciao Giuseppe, ho eseguito la registrazione a Zapier, purtroppo però quando inserisco le credenziali di Jotform mi esce questa schermata e non posso eseguire i trigger.

Hi Valerio,
In this case, you need to reconnect your Zap or create a new connection. Here's how to do it:
- In Jotfom, in the Zapier integration, click on the three dots next to the account and click on Reconnect.
- In the pop-up, under the field Do You Use European Datacenter? select Yes.
- Click on Yes, Continue to Jotform, and the Allow.
That's it! Since you are using a European Datacenter, it's important to select it in Zapier otherwise the connection will fail.
