    Sto riscontrando problemi con la risposta automatica non capisco dove sto sbagliando ho configurato tutto e guardato mille volte ma la e-mail non arriva al destinato

    Now, coming back to your question, I see that most of your submissions were done with the email recipient gisi***@vir***.it, and I see in our system that the last autoresponder email sent by the form you mentioned was sent on the September 5, 2024 at 19:31 GMT+2. If you don't find the emails into your SPAM folder or your bin, you might need to ask to email service provider to whitelist Jotform IPs and domain names. If you find them into your SPAM folder, you may add the email address noreply@jotform.com to your contact list.

    A workaround would ne to use your own email sender server (SMTP) to send your emails. To achieve this, you might want to check out this guide about How to Set up SMTP for a Form.

    Nevertheless, even if I see that the form already sent the autoresponder email, I see the following condition in your form that I don't fully understand because the condition set the email recipient to '{inserisciIl81}', which is the same field as the one set in the autoresponder settings, named 'Inserisci il Tuo Indirizzo Email'. So that it seems to me that this condition is not as useful as it could be.
