Mostra il pulsante per una nuova riga in alto

Nella gestione di una tabella è prevista la possibilità di aggiungere una riga come di seguito riportato (funzione "AGGIUNGI"). Questa possibilità è sempre impostata di default come ultima riga in basso, è possibile impostarla come prima riga disponibile IN ALTO e come?
