Salve, si può fare in modo che i file vengano inviati solo su Dropbox, senza lasciare traccia su account Jotform?

Hi Andrea,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, it is not possible to only send the files directly to Dropbox, as they need to be in Jotform's database to trigger the integration. As a workaround, you can set up an automatic deletion of the submission. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Settings from the top bar menu, and click Show More Options.
- Then, scroll to the bottom of the options, and click the Enable button in the Auto-Delete Submission section.
- Select a Deletion Period, and click Next.
- Finally, read the Update Settings information, and click Yes, Update.
Keep in mind that even though the submissions are automatically deleted, they are still stored in the Trash Entries where they stay for 30 days until they are finally purged. But, you can manually delete them. Let me show you how:
- On your Submission Table, click on Trashed Entries after clicking the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page.
- Then, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
