    ho provato più volte a registrarmi, ma ogni volta mi viene visualizzato un messaggio che dice che c'è stato un errore e non è possibile creare un account. Perchè?

    Devo rinunciare ad usare i vostri servizi?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. In case you have connected any VPN, I would suggest you to turn off the VPN and try to create a Jotform account. In case if you are still having the same issue, can you provide us the Browser console log report.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
