Grazie, volevo sapere se per questo Modulo è possibile prevedere una schermata obbligatoria preventiva di registrazione indicando nome, cognome email e numero di telefono che poi sono già contenuti nel modulo.

L'operatività dovrebbe essere la seguente:

1. registrazione con nome, cognome, email e telefono
2. accesso ad un area riservata, immagino con un rilascio di una password
3. apertura del modulo in questa area riservata.

I'm afraid there is no option for your users to create a password to be able to access their submission. An alternative would be to allow them to submit the registration form, then sending them the edit link to still be able to access the form and make changes to it. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. 

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.

4. Click on the Email Content window, then click on Form Fields, and select Edit Link.

5. Customize the Edit Link the way you want, and when you're finished, click on Save on the bottom-right side of the Email Content window.

After submitting the form, the submitters will get an email like the one below where they can always go back to their submission and edit it:
