Come inviare allegati più grandi di 5 MB?

Buongiorno,

quando nel modulo viene caricato un file maggiore di 5MB, questo non viene allegato correttamente nell'e-mail di notifica automatica. Il file viene caricato correttamente al modulo (le opzioni del campo Allegati non ha un limite nella dimensione del file), ma non viene poi allegato nell'e-mail, nella quale viene mostrato il seguente messaggio:

Attachments: Because the total size is more than 5MB the uploads are not attached.

Come posso risolvere il problema aumentando la dimensione massima del file allegato, magari fino a 10-15MB?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

To ensure the quality and speed of email delivery, our email provider only allows up to 5 MB attachment per email sent. Unfortunately, this limit can't be increased. However, if your email provider supports more than 5 MB attachment, you can set up it up as an SMTP server so your notification emails are sent from your domain. Let me show you how:

1. On your account's Settings page, next to Sender Emails section, click on the Add Sender Email button.

2. Enter the SMTP details on the SMTP Configuration window, then click on the Send Test Email button to test the settings.

3. After confirming everything is working well, click on Save button. That's it.

Now, you can select your SMTP server as the Sender Email in your email alert's Advanced settings. Let's do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigational bar at the top and click Emails on the left side pane.
2. Next, click on the Pen icon over your Autoresponder Email and click on the Advanced tab.
3. Scroll down to the Sender Email and select your recently added SMTP server.
4. Click Save and that's it.

Thank you very much for you detailed solution proposal. The only matter related to this is that most of the people receiving notifications have rules set in their e-mail account to automatically categorize them. Changing the sender I will invalidate all these rules. Anyway I will evaluate this possible solution.

If then there is (or there will be) another way to increment the size of the attachment, I will appreciate.
