CAPTCHA Problem: How to remove?

    Vorrei disabilitare il CAPTCHA per il form 250606374632051 è possibile rimuoverlo o configurarlo per non essere richiesto, vorrei gestire autonomamente.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    About the issue, if a Captcha is appearing on form submission, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. This happens when our systems detect that multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP Address in a short period of time. So to decrease the Spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used.

    To fix this, you can wait for around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, or use a different IP Address to submit your form again. Or, we can whitelist your account to remove the captcha, but this is only available to our paid plan users.

    Sfortunatamente questo accade continuamente a prescindere dall’indirizzo ip per cui sarebbe inutile per testare il servizio e sarei costretto a dover utilizzare fin da subito un piano a pagamento. Quindi vi chiederei gentilmente di disattivare questo e far in modo che io possa provarlo, grazie.

    To remove the CAPTCHA, the account should be whitelisted, but we don't have this option for the Starter plan. If upgrading the account is not an option, I recommend waiting for around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again, refreshing your internet connection, or using a different IP Address.
