Buongiorno, ho creato un account gratuito, ho creato 1 modulo e iniziato ad inviare a 50 persone. Ora a chi apre il link dice: "Form over quota. This forma has exceeded its allocated quota" e non riesce ad iscriversi all'evento. Cosa succede? Cosa devo fare?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and saw that you've already reached your monthly Signed Documents limit. I can see that you only have one form, and it has the Jotform Sign feature turned on. Check out the screencast below:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and click on Pricing, located right before your Profile Picture/Avatar.
2. Choose the plan you'd like to subscribe to. Scroll down a bit and click on Get Started.
3. Select your billing preferences.
4. Tick the box if you agree to the Terms of Service.
5. Click on Continue.
