Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this happening. Are you referring to the Jotform Promotional? If so, once you have unticked the box it's automatically saved in your settings. I would suggest giving it a try and once done log out and log back to your account and check.
If you're still having the same issue, may we recommend you try these troubleshooting methods below:1. Log out and log back into your account.
2. Use Incognito/Private mode.
3. Please clear your web browser's cache.
4. Use a different web browser/device.
5. Restart your device.
