Já apaguei diversos arquivos para liberar espaço, mais ainda está como se estivesse usando.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and can confirm that your account limits has been refreshed. You should now be able to use your forms without any issues.
Also, if you want your upload space to be updated right after you delete, and purge the submissions, you can Clear your Form's Cache from your account. Let me show you how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
