Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that you are having issues with your account. I checked your account and can recalculate your Usage Data and it is now back to normal and has been reactivated. Please log out of your account and log back in then check again.
You can also check your Account Usage Data on your end. Let me show you how:
1. On the My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper right side of the page and click Settings.
2. Click on Usage on the left side of the screen. You will also see here when your Monthly Usage Limits will reset.
Also, take note that you are currently at 85/100 for your Monthly Submission. For a Starter Plan account, you are limited to receiving 100 Submissions per month. Once you reach or exceed this limit, your forms will be disabled again.
The way to reactivate your form is either to upgrade your account to a higher plan or wait for the Monthly Usage Data Reset.
