Hi movimentocampistatoc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and see that you've exceeded your plan's upload space and submission storage limit. When the upload space limit is exceeded, your forms will be disabled. As for the submission storage limit, when this is exceeded, the system will start deleting old submissions when new ones arrive. This explains why you're no longer seeing all the submissions anymore. You can view your account's usage here.
To reactivate your forms, you will need to delete submissions to get under the upload space limit. But before you do that, we suggest exporting/downloading your submissions first. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms, click on your Avatar at the top right.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Data on the left.
- Click on Download My Data.
- Check the items you wish to export and download.
- Click on Prepare My Data To Download.
- Click on Got It.
- Wait for the export to be ready for download and then click on Download.
After downloading your data, you can then delete the submissions from your forms. Let me walk you through it:
- In My Forms, click on your form.
- Click on Submissions.
- Click on the Checkbox in the top left corner of the table to select all the submissions.
- Click on Delete on the right.
- Click on Move To Trash.
- Then, you will need to empty them from the trash. Click on the Three Dots icon for your form.
- Click on Trashed Entries.
- Click on Select All to select all the submissions.
- Click on Delete Forever.
- Click on Delete.
Otherwise, you can also consider upgrading your plan if you see yourself needing higher limits going forward. It's easy. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
