Aviso de Exclusão de Respostas a Formulário

Olá!

Recebi hoje um aviso ao acessar as respostas de um de meus formulários, sinalizando a exclusão dos dados após 1 ano em que foram recebidos, conforme print abaixo:

Gostaria de entender esta mensagem, se realmente todos os envios serão excluídos após 1 ano?

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. It seems that, in your form you enabled the auto-delete submission feature. So, that is why you have received this message. Yes, when you turn it on and set the time duration for 1 year, the submission will be automatically deleted from your Jotform table. Let me show you how you can turn off the auto-delete submission feature in your form settings.

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down and click on the Auto-Delete submission option. That's it.

Keep in mind that in the Jotform table, the submission entries from the trash folder get deleted automatically and permanently after 30 days. But Jotform won't delete any other submissions unless you set the auto-delete submission feature on.
