Nos ultimos dias o site do jotform, esta muito lento, demorando para acessar a conta e aparecer meus formularios, gostaria de saber se existe algum problema, ja tentei limpar o cache, mas nao resolveu

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. Please try using a different browser or incognito mode and see if it makes a difference. Also, can you tell us if you are a VPN when accessing the Jotform page?
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Não uso vpn, tentei varios navegadores e o problema persiste

o problema não é especifico a um formulario, é qualquer link do dominio jotform.com, que demora muito a abrir, inclusive esta solicitaçao de suporte demorou muito tempo para abrir, percebi que isso nao acontece se eu estiver deslogado da conta, so demora se eu tiver feito login, e tentar abrir qualquer link do dominio jotform.com
