Bom dia,

Hi MRcomercial,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Just to double-check, are you referring to the email address comercial@mrinformatika.com.br? If yes, I have reviewed your forms and currently, there is no Recipient Email of comercial@mrinformatika.com.br for any of your Notification email. Are you perhaps referring to the Jotform Sign email as shown in the screenshot?
If yes, currently, there is no option to change the Recipient Email for Jotform Sign. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hello Christopher,
I'd sent a print of the e-mail that our costumer received. but i think it didnt reached to you.
I already revised Recipients too, and that was what was bugging me, i will try to send the print to you again:
Looks like in somewhere there was a configuration that says, if "noreply@" receive a response then forward the e-mail to comercial@mrinformatika.com.br
Before you had time to search i already had made an adjustment, in this screen:
There was an 'None", or something like that, in this field, which i believe should send the response to nowhere, i adjusted it to "comercial@evolluxgwm.com.br" so i believe now responses to this e-mail (whith title 'EVOLLUX GWM - CURITIBA) will reach to tha e-mail, is thie correct?

Hi MRcomercial,
Thanks for getting back to us. That is correct, all replied to the Autoresponder email will be sent out to the email address under Reply-to Email as shown in your screenshot. As for noreply@jotform.com, you can create an SMTP to send out emails from your server and replace noreply@jotform.com with your SMTP email address. Here's how to do it:
- In Account Setting, click on Add Sender Email.
- Fill up the fields using your SMTP credentials.
- Click on Test Email to check if everything is working.
- Click on Save Email.
Once you are done setting up a Sender Email, you can then proceed to use it for your Notification/Autoresponder email. Here's how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
- Hover your cursor over the Notification email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Go to Advanced and scroll down to Sender Email.
- Select your custom Sender Email and click on Save.
