Olá boa tarde, nos meus formulários, desapareceram todos os nomes dos clientes, gostaria de um suporte, pois o jotform é um banco de dados de análise e isso não deveria acontecer.

Now, coming back to your question, I'm so sorry to hear that the names of your submission has been removed. There are some reasons that this is happening. Can you check if the Name field in your form is removed?

Hi felipesmdr,
I checked and see that you have deleted the name field on your form and is the reason why the data collected from it was also deleted.
You will need to restore the form to an earlier version. Let me show you how to do that:
1. Just below the form name, click on the green circular arrow:
2. Locate which part or version do you want to restore the form, then click on it, then click Revert:
