Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I've checked out your form Formulario and the screenshot you shared with us. It seems you are getting an authorization error. Can you please re-integrate with the PagSeguro payment integration?
You need to make sure you enter the correct login credentials into the payment integration and connect them. If the issue persists, can you please clear your Google Chrome browser? It should resolve an issue.

Refiz o formulário com outro login e o problema persiste
Coloquei meu LOGIN e o TOKEN fornecido no app bancário...e nada!
No aplicativo, pede o que está na imagem abaixo... coloquei o URL do
formulário e mesmo assim o erro continua
*Clique no botão ao lado para cadastrar a URL do serviço de chave pública
do Connect Token Challenge.*

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. It seems like the error you are getting is related to your login credentials. Can you please try to regenerate the Token or contact PagSeguro to get new login credentials and then try it again?
