Hi estrategia87,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand you want to send the partially filled form to get it signed by your clients. You can do this in two different ways. First, you can enable the Save and Continue feature and share the link with the client who needs to sign the form after it's partially filled and has the signer submit it. This guide will show you how to do that.
Another way to do this would be to send an Autoresponder Email with the Edit Submission link in the email. Once you submit the partially filled form, it will send the Autoresponder Email to a specified email address in the form. From the email, they can open the Edit Submission link to sign it and submit it again. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
- Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
- After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Obrigado pela explicação.
Mas o que preciso na verdade é: Eu preencher o formulário, com todas as informações do cliente e enviar para ele apenas assinar.

Hi estrategia87,
Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood correctly, do you only want to show the signature section when the form is emailed to your client? If so, you can do this by adding a Get Page URL widget along with a Show/Hide conditional logic. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Add form Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, search for the Get Form Page URL widget and drag it to the top of the form.
Now, let's add a condition to hide all other fields except the signature section for the client to sign.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Conditions.
- Select the Show/Hide Field.
Set the conditions like you see below and click Save:
Lastly, we'll need to add the edit link to the notification email. Here's how:
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left, click on Emails.
- Click on the Add Email button and select Notification Email.
In your Email content, you can say something like “Sign the form here” or anything you prefer then add the edit link. Here's how to do it:
- In the email content, write anything you prefer.
- Add the Edit link by clicking on the form fields button.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi estrategia87,
Thanks for getting back to us. That's absolutely possible. Instead of using the Show/Hide Field conditional logic, you can utilize the Enable/Require/Mask Field condition to disable the fields, making them act as read-only during edit submission. Here's how you can do it:
- In the Form Builder, navigate to Settings at the top.
- Choose Conditions on the left.
- Add a new Enable/Require/Mask Field condition.
Check out the sample conditional rule below:
- IF: Get Page URL
- STATE: Contains
- TARGET: Value
- VALUE: Yes
- DO: Disable
- FIELD: (Add all the fields that you would like to be read-only only when the user is signing the form.)
Sample results:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
