Gostaria de saber se há uma forma, algum recurso que possibilite gerar e enviar certificados ou documentos em massa para uma lista de e-mails através da Jotform.
No aguardo, obrigado.

Hi GBN_18,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Sure, you can use one of our Certificate Templates to send certificates to form responders via email. Let me walk you through it, step by step:
1. In our Certificate Templates Page, select the template of your choice and click on Use Template.
2. Click on one of your forms to apply it or click on Create a New Form. That's it.
Now that you've created a certificate PDF attached to your form, you'll need to add an autoresponder email to send the certificate to form responders automatically. Let's do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, click on Autoresponder Email.
5. After that, click on Advanced.
6. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
7. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on the Upload icon next to the Invite by Email option.
3. Next, click on Upload CSV File and select your CSV file.
4. Finally, click on Send Invitation. That's it.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
