Bom dia,
Criei o seguinte formulário :
https://form.jotform.com/241493595532665

Hi Alves_marcio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hi Alves_marcio,
Thanks for patiently waiting. As for your first question, you'd like to share the form link with the Call ID already filled out. You can do that by prepopulating the field value using the URL parameter. You'll need to build the landing page's URL. To create the landing's page URL, you must get the Unique Name of the fields you need to pass from both Forms. This is the breakdown of the format above.
- The URL of the target form
- ? — The question mark is used as a separator after the URL
- The query parameter* in key-value pair (Unique Name of the field= Value you'd like to prepopulate)
Please note, that multiple query parameters are separated by the ampersand (“&”) symbol. You can learn more by checking our guide on Prepopulating Form Fields via URL Parameters.
Here's a sample URL that will prepopulate the field's value. So, for each user, you'll need to send a customized URL with the Call ID prepopulated.

To avoid overcrowding this thread, I answered your other question on a new thread. You can go ahead and check that out here.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
