Hi welenson,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can easily use filters on your Jotform Report Builder. Let me show you how to do it:
- Choose the Filter button and click on Choose a Field, then select a field to filter.
- Fill in (or select) the value to filter in the third input box and click on Apply Filter.
Also, Jotform Tables makes it easy for you to manage your form data. You can use different filters to find specific submissions based on the date, answer selection, and unique information.
1. First, let's look at filtering submissions using the Date filter:
- On your Jotform Tables page, click on the Filter.
- In the window that comes up, click on All Time and choose a predefined date filter, like Today, Last 3 Days, or Previous week.
Now, click back to the filter window. That will save the filter and also show the results. In the screenshot below, check out the results when I used the Today filter:
- The filter will populate the filter bar on the left side of the page.
2. Let's see the filtering now using the Custom Dates filter:
- Click on Custom Dates and then choose a date range.
- It's easy to do. First click on the Start Date and then click on the End Date.
This will filter out the submissions that’s received within the chosen dates.
3. You can also filter your submissions based on Answer Selection. Let me show you how to do that:
- Choose the Filter button and click on Choose a Field, then select a field to filter.
- Fill in (or select) the value to filter in the third input box and click on Apply Filter.
In the screenshot below, you can see an example of a created filter:
As you can see in the screenshot above, the entries will be automatically filtered based on the Name field input once Apply Filter is clicked.
